## How We Price

Phoenix Power Stone is a factory-direct manufacturer. Prices are based on:
- **Raw block cost** — quarry price of the stone block
- **Processing** — cutting, calibration, finishing (polished/honed/flamed/etc.)
- **Thickness** — standard 18mm, 20mm, 30mm; custom on request
- **Quantity** — container-load orders receive volume pricing
- **Packaging** — ISPM-15 fumigated wooden crates included in FOB price

## Payment Terms

| **Established Clients** | T/T against copy of documents or L/C at sight |

## Order Quantities & Shipping

### Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- **Standard**: 1 × 20ft container (approx. 400–500 m² of 2cm granite slabs, or 20–27 tonnes depending on stone density)
- **Trial orders**: LCL (less-than-container-load) available at higher per-unit cost
- **Samples**: 10×10cm or 30×30cm free samples; client covers courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, typically $30–$60)

### Shipping Terms
- **FOB Qingdao** — standard; buyer arranges ocean freight + insurance
- **CIF** — available on request; we handle freight + insurance to destination port
- **EXW** — available for buyers with their own forwarders in China

- Custom packaging requirements beyond ISPM-15 standard
